This policy explains how AL-SHAMS GENERAL TRADING EST. processes data through Ain Alsaif Messenger.
1. Controller and scope
AL-SHAMS GENERAL TRADING EST. is the data controller and legal operator of Ain Alsaif Messenger. This policy covers Page administrator and customer data processed by the service.
2. Data we process
Account and authorization data, Meta Page identifiers, Messenger messages and attachments, customer name and profile picture when supplied by the platform, order and delivery details, and security and audit logs. We do not request Facebook passwords.
3. Why we process data
To operate the inbox, prepare replies from approved knowledge, confirm orders, deliver alerts, prevent abuse and secure the service. Processing supports service delivery, legitimate operating interests and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell data. Data may be provided only as needed to Meta for Messenger integration, OpenAI for configured text or image processing, and hosting, email and storage providers. Appropriate safeguards and purpose limitations are required.
5. Retention and safeguards
Data is retained only as required for operations and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Controls include role-based access, encrypted credentials, audit records, backups and restoration testing.

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection by contacting alisaad_ah@yahoo.com. We will request enough information to verify identity and scope.
7. Meta Platform Data
Meta Platform Data is used only to provide functionality requested by the Page administrator. It is not sold or used for independent advertising. Disconnecting the integration or an accepted request triggers deletion under the Data Deletion page.
