PRIVACY REQUESTS
Request deletion of your data.
Customers and authorized Page administrators may request deletion of personal data associated with Messenger interactions.
1. Submit the request
Email alisaad_ah@yahoo.com with the subject “Ain Alsaif data deletion request”. Include your name, the relevant Page, and a conversation identifier or approximate time. Never send a password or access token.
2. We verify
We verify the requester's identity and authority to protect data from unauthorized deletion. Confirmation from the connected account or Page may be required.
3. We delete
After verification, we delete or dissociate conversation, customer and order data that is not legally required. Limited compliance or anti-fraud records may remain, and isolated backups expire through their retention cycle.
4. Timing and outcome
We acknowledge requests without undue delay and normally complete them within 30 days, or explain any extension or legal retention requirement.
Deleting a Page integration
A Page administrator may also request disconnection of a Meta Page. This invalidates its credentials, stops new messages and starts deletion of integration data under this process.
