Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Ain Alsaif Messenger service.
1. Eligibility and authority
A user must be authorized by the business or Page owner. Unauthorized access and credential sharing are prohibited.
2. Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful conversation and order operations. Fraud, deception, abuse, infringement and violations of Meta terms are prohibited.
3. Content responsibility
Customers control their products, prices, policies and knowledge and remain responsible for accuracy and lawful communications. AI assists language and does not replace business judgment.
4. Third-party integrations
Some functions depend on Meta, OpenAI and infrastructure providers. Their services have separate terms and may change or become unavailable outside the operator's control.
5. Availability and security
We use reasonable care to maintain availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended to protect data or investigate misuse.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or business decisions based on unreviewed content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Termination and law
Use may be ended and Pages disconnected. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
