This page explains the product, requested permissions, test path and data controls for Meta reviewers.

PRODUCT STATUS

A production-shaped, testable environment.

A test Page, conversation workspace, knowledge, products, orders and settings are available. Current product records are test data and can be replaced from the dashboard without code changes.

REQUESTED PERMISSIONS

The minimum permissions needed for the feature.

pages_show_list

Shows an administrator the Pages they are authorized to manage so they can select a Page to connect.

pages_manage_metadata

Subscribes the selected Page to webhooks and manages the integration state required to receive events.

pages_messaging

Receives customer messages and sends Page replies within Messenger policy and the permitted messaging window.

REVIEW PATH

A clear, repeatable test.

  1. Open the dashboard link and sign in with the test credentials supplied in the App Review submission.
  2. Choose English in Settings, then open Connected Pages.
  3. Send a text message from the test account to the test Page.
  4. Confirm the message, customer name and profile picture appear in Conversations, then review the reply.
  5. Ask something absent from knowledge: the service does not reply until an answer is approved in Knowledge.
  6. Review the order after details are collected and the customer approves.
